Creative Ballet Level One-3-5 yrs
Teaches foundational dance skills which enhance coordination, strength and balance, assisting with general physical development as well as providing a wonderful platform for future dance and physical activities. Fine-motor and gross-motor skills are practiced, providing an all-round form of development and to enable our little dancers to move confidently into our Prep Ballet classes.
An important outcome for our Creative Ballet students is the feeling of belonging and participating confidently in the class. Children are gently encouraged to work with their peers as part of a group, follow teacher directions and learn and practice skills such as active listening, taking turns and sharing. Each week children grow in confidence as they become more familiar with the Creative Ballet routine and as they learn and master new skills.
Our Creative Ballet students are also invited to perform in our end of year concert, an experience which will be cherished both by the dancer and those watching them shine on the stage!
