Centenary Dance Academy (CDA) has provided a fun and supportive environment for my children to develop their skills and passion for dance.  The teachers are world-class and provide their guidance in a sensitive way that considers the needs of the individual child. My son has had the privilege of dancing with the Queensland Ballet and the Royal Ballet thanks to the professional training offered at CDA.

Dancing with CDA has been a truly positive experience for my daughter and I. The teachers have a wonderful balance between being caring and supportive; while encouraging students to do their very best. This helps create a friendly, non-competitive environment which has ensured my daughter has wanted to continue to dance for many years. I would highly recommend CDA.

We love the CDA community – it’s an inclusive, nurturing and supportive place. The teachers are so enthusiastic and they always integrate fun into the classes. I love how the teachers and staff connect so beautifully with the students – for us it’s become an extended family.

CDA has played an integral part in helping my daughter grow into a graceful confident young lady. Abbey just loves being in the studio and part of the CDA family.

My daughter has been taking ballet classes at Centenary Dance Academy for the past 11 years.  She has been lucky enough to have opportunities to perform in end of year concerts and be part of their performance troupe. She loves every moment of her time spent there. CDA makes sure their students are very well prepared for RAD Ballet exams. Her CDA Teachers are more than just teachers. They support, encourage and inspire their students to be the best that they can be in the dance studio and personally.  They create a happy inclusive environment for all. This is a place your children are guaranteed to make life long friends.

 I returned to adult ballet 3 years ago and I have loved every minute of it. From the first moment I walked through the studio doors, the staff and other students were so welcoming. I can dance to my own abilities, (my body doesn’t bend or turn the way it used to). Adult ballet at Centenary Dance Academy allows me to tap into my creative ballet side, in a supportive, friendly, welcoming environment. We always love having new classmates join us, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dance school to anyone.

After witnessing the fantastic concert on Saturday night I feel compelled to formally acknowledge the directors and teachers at CDA for all you do to provide dance education for all. My daughter Jazmin performed with the adult jazz/hip hop group and I cried through the whole performance – completely proud of the amazing way she held her own. Thank-you for providing her the opportunity to love dance like so many of us do. It took her a long time to find somewhere to dance that would accept her just as she is and I am so grateful for her teacher Amy and all the other girls in her class that have welcomed her and encouraged her. I thoroughly enjoyed watching everyone of all ages and abilities who were involved in the concert. Well Done to you all at CDA and A big THANK-YOU from my family and I. Thank-you and Congratulations!
